After 2and half hours on the phone, passed round loads of different departments. Eventually told no one wanted to take the call. I was promised a I phone -delivery arranged and date agreed, now found out (myself) the phone is out of stock. Vodafone are very good at saying they are sorry but it really doesn't mean anything to them.
DO NOT GO TO VODAFONE!!!!
