I've been trying to cancel a contract for THREE weeks now- requested a cancellation on day 5. Still waiting for a returns bag. Now being threatened as I have apparently not paid a bill (despite having a direct debit set up). Unable to return a phone I bought online but collected in store in the same store. Spending an hour every day on hold for an advisor is just appalling.
