I bought a phone online only for vodafone to cancel my order but still took the money from my bank account. The hassle I had getting my refund back was disgraceful the customer service was horrible. When I finally got my refund after waiting over a week the very next day Vodafone went back into my bank account and took the money for the phone they cancelled. When I finally got to talk to someone after being passed around through 5 different agents they told me they didnt take the money and to get onto my bank which i did. My bank informed me that Vodafone did take the funds from my bank and to get onto them which I did and then took about an hour to talk to someone. I was told an investigation is being made into this purchase and now I will have to wait now til next week to see what happens. What a joke. The phone I bought was for my son's birthday which I don't have and I don't have the funds to go elsewhere. I would not reccomend Vodafone to anyone. They cancelled my phone because I didn't meet the citeria which I should have been told before they allowed me to go through the process of buying the phone and taking the money then to tell me I don't qualify. I'm not sure why this is as it's a pre pay phone. I 'm fuming about the service and this whole situation. I will be staying well clear and will never deal with vodafone again after I get my refund.
