Vodafone had to perform a disconnect/reconnect to activate a new sim only contract. The reconnection didn't happen and despite 4 phone calls and numerous hours text chatting to agents i am still without a connection 8 days later. Appalling service. I find it hard to believe that in this day and age they get away with it. I had to jump ship to get a connection!.
