If you change your phone number, you can't log in to the website.
The security verification code goes to the old phone number
I spent over 10 hours with a bunch of dummies that called themselves the support department. They are utterly useless, the type of people that are not even worth investing in their training.
The website is pathetic, and the support is worse
I would score the automated bot 2/10- which was the best experience that Vodacom can offer.
