So youre saying i would have been stuck on 2 contracts if i hadnt been able to get through? The menu system is designed to tell you to use chat and hangs up. PRO TIP don't say anything and it will take you to the touch menu, then keep hitting 0. The chat drops out regularly... is Voda just doing a concentrated campaign to not speak to customers?
