Starting a petition to be able to give negative ratings
Hopeless customer service. Its like a weird parody where the intent is just to actively annoy customers. A reason why they are consistently the worst for customer service.
Pro tip. Just go through to cancellations (always a person) and say you'll leave if you don't get help.
