Just an absolute waste of time.
Out of the blue and without consent, they increased my plan charge by £10 and I have now spent over 8 months calling to correct this.
Constant empty promises and I've literally spent hours and hours to get through to them so they can correct their mistake.
Should've left a LONG time ago.
