I work in customer service and I would be ashamed to offer the service that these bunch of clowns 'attempt' to provide. If you have any sense leave as soon as you can and tell your friends and family not to join Vodafone at all costs.
I could write a whole list of failures this Company offers up frequently but it would take me too long.
To top off the circle of pain you endure with all this the calls queues are a disgrace aswell!!
