Vodafone is the worst major company I have had to deal with.
I needed to upgrade my phone. It's used constantly for business. It had become unreliable.
The online upgrade process took endless calls - promised callbacks never happened - promised delivery dates were ignored.
When eventually the upgrade phone arrived I needed input to set it up. Shop staff in Abingdon were rude and seemingly incompetent.
It's amazing to me how Vodafone manage to continue in business while treating customers like dirt.
