Staff lie, promise to call back and never do. They told me they were listening to my call so put me on hold for 25 minutes. Then told me there was a problem with the system. I phoned back the next day to be told that they can't even listen to calls!
Charged me incorrectly but still made me pay it....absolutely disgusting
