Customer service not only did not resolve the issue THEY caused with my phone, the 'fix' they gave me completely broke it! Refused to accept it was their fault, I spent 45mins at a time on hold; only to speak to a patronizing, non-English speaking individual, had to take time off work to follow through with advice they gave me, and I STILL didn't come out of it with a working phone
Thank god all this happened at the time my contract was up; meant I could cancel and leave with my PAC code!! Gone to EE, sooooooo much happier & the customer care team are lovely :)
I am happy to have moved to EE - would never go back to Vodaphone - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
