The worst company ever, after using this network from past 7 years, these people does not want the customer to hold on to them, just the matter of recharge as they do not provide even chargeable sms inspite of having balance in the account. I regret to use the Vodafone being VI. Very pathetic and worst srcice ever you I spoke to manager Ramesh from Domlur office located in Bangalore, there is no difference in manager and agent both are giving same info, there is no help to customer at all.
