Customer service is pathetic, I have been on the phone to them numerous times over the same issue that they have said is resolved, but 12 months after still is not. Just been on the phone to some Asian woman who I could not understand for starters, then to top it off gave me no advice and the WRONG number to ring.
Vodafone's staff are making the company an embarrassment.
