Without even seeing other bad reviews I tried to have a broadband with them. Placed order on 15th February, received all confirmations and temporary log in creditentials...
Installation date comes close - 29th March (why this long???) and my router isn't arriving...
It turns out, my order wasn't succesfull - Why wasn't I made aware of this. Have been without boradband for 6 week at the new adress!
