I just don't even have the energy to write a full account of my experience but trust me when I say stay way from Vodafone. Their employees lie, mislead and make false promises. The way the system is set up, you always speak with someone else so they can make all the promises they want to get you off the line without any repercussions. Been with them for almost 20 years and the deals they offer as 'upgrades' are basically the same as what you can get as a new customer at EE.
