Shambolic company. Tried to get my IPhone unlocked to go to a different provider. Its taken five days, hours of telephone calls, numerous emails - I could go on.
They gave me e a PAC code to transfer my phone number but then when you try to get through to them you have to put your mobile number in - guess what, it wasn't recognised. In the end I rang the corporate services number and kept asking them to put me through. No wonder Vodafone is listed as one of the worst companies to deal with - NEVER AGAIN.
