Wasted an afternoon going round in circles trying to access my account online. Simply needed to register my phone in my name rather than my husbands. Had 3 conversations, 2 temporary log-in details,neither of which worked. I'm now resolved to leave Vodafone after being with them nearly 10 years. I don't often complain but this was the worst customer service I've experienced in a long, long time.
