Intially stopped by NHS discount after 14months stating it was due to a new computer system introduced by Vodafone during August 2015. Informed by Vodafone to reapply for discount, this was rejected as it was not a new account. My complaints by letter was ignored by Vodafone. Vodafone promised me a refund but this never happened. Staff telling me something different each time I called to.complain. I will be giving 30days notice on the account during June 2016 and will be leaving Vodafone.
