Constant direct debit mistakes resulted in then cutting me off 4 months in a row (I run my own business). Their response to my complaint was literally non existent! Rang today and spoke to five people, one after the other over an 80 minute period and got nowhere! All I want to do is cancel my contract with them because they have not been able to fulfill their promises. Nobody you speak to has any authority to action anything so they have pointless jobs!
