Im giving Vodaphone one star for actually managing to deliver my phone.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!
When you contact their customer services you either get left waiting for 20-30 minuytes until someone answers the phone, or you deal online via their website, this isnt being racist-but is their call centre in the Uk,? With all my dealings I speak to some foreighn sounding person (4 times) none seem to be able to comprehend English. Phone nearly got sent to an old address after the advisor told me "it dosnt matter", then luckily spotting the error another disinterested advisor basically said "so-sort it yourself"-I told him it was THEIR error, and THEIR job to fix it. The phone arrived with no paperwork apart from a packing slip, or to tell me the sim needed activating even though it was an upgrade. To top it off the sim card tray flew out and I lost it, another advisor apologised for the list of errors as I had put a complaint in, and promised to send me one out in 24 hours, 5 days later you can guess the rest.
So I have a phone I cant use and tied into a two year contract for it-never again.
