These people that work here including management act like we are pieces of crap… they are sarcastic, rude and pretty much ignorant when it comes to solving problems and pleasing a customer…from what I saw these past three day who ever has this company should fire the whole department of customer care and the tech department… all they did is lie three days later they continue to lie not two people say the same thing I still have no service and to them it’s nothing god for his you work from home like myself and have them as a company they have no service I get two bars with a lot of bitching .. and not be customer
