I've been with Vodafone for over twenty years as a contract customer, initially through my employer and later personally on a 'Sim only' deal. When I was offered a much cheaper and very similar deal with another supplier, I contacted Vodafone and asked if they could match it. After continually being given the run around over a period of weeks, they simply refused to answer the question, despite being passed to various departments. Therefore, I ended the matter, left and went elsewhere.
Message her Vodafone, vastly improve and overhaul your Customer Services which are currently far from customer services, and stay competitive with other suppliers or your customers will do the same as I did and leave.
