I have been trying to cancle my phone contract for over a month and have been tossed from one department to another. The customer service advisors have no idea what they are doing i have so far spoke to 8 diffrent advisors and have been told 8 diffrent things to do.
I was also placed on hold for over an hour and then was disconnected.
I have had to come home from work and call in order to deal with this situation and have been tossed around as no one can be bothered to deal with my problem.
I would strongly advise anyone against using your services as i feel like i have been conned into staying as customer.
I worked for Curryspc world and was entitled to a discount that didnt happen either so from that i have seen what kind of a company Vodafone is and would definatly share this experience with anyone who askes me about Vodafone.
