The worst customer service experience I've ever had.
The automated directory system doesn't work, the staff then pass you around for fun (I spoke to 7 people in one call with no resolution). The online chat system is slow and unresponsive. Additionally, the automated messages blatantly lie. I was on hold for 45 minutes with 2 minute updates being provided outlining my wait time was anywhere from 7 seconds to 0 seconds. It is INFURIATING!
