BAD BAD BAD...DIABOLICAL SERVICE. Wrong order sent through. Called 15th, 16th, 20th, 22nd & 29th September and now on 6th call today. Over an hour... one adviser assures it is resolved the next informs me it's not. Tariff started at £29 last month, then went up to £37 last week and now I'm told it is £47??? which was not as advertised 3 months ago...and surely not the case that is on their advertisments. VODAFONE - bad training of their advisers if they do not sing from the same tune & cherry pick the notes they put down on the system. BAD BAD BAD...... long term customer will ensure family do not upgrade any of lines.
