how can a phone company (who only have 1 sole job in life - to provide phones / telecomm / communications) not know anything about when a phone is due in stock?
how can they bill you for phones months before they arrive and then tell you "no" when you ask for the money back?
after taking that money how can they then charge you extra for data / services as they won't put you on the new tariff until the phone arrives
how is it when you try and leave their company and ask to be put through to the Leaving Department you still somehow end up in a loop with customer services.
how can they then sms you "how was your experience today" and expect a good report - i would rate this service 0/5 if it was available... I'm finding it impossible to leave them to go elsewhere !!!!
absolute joke of a company, if i ran this company i would literally be embarrassed to turn up every day
