It is only one star because there is no option to rate lower. After over 10 years with Vodafone the customer service has just got worse and worse. After talking to 5 people online and over the phone and each agreeing I was missold my contract I am no closer to getting the issue resolved. Each person I have spoken to has given conflicting information, I requested to speak to a supervisor and was refused on a number of occasions, requested the complaints procedure and was also not provided with that. I also asked what I can do to reduce the cost of my bill as I am planning on going elsewhere and simply paying this one off as the service is so bad, I was told there was nothing I could do but thenlooked online and saw there was extra data charge on there which should have been taken off in October but wasn't. It appears they will do all they can to get you in a contract, even lie, then once you are incontract uou are on your own.
