I've recently been overcharged £77 for allegedly going over my 30GB by 2GB. This is a fact that I'm certain did not happen as I only used the mobile wi-fi dongle for 2 weeks and didn't stream anything big, on top of this I kept an eye on the data being used.
The customer complaints department are incompetent, offering me a £20 'goodwill' gesture. This is definitely not good enough as it's akin to being robbed £77 and being given back £20.
I've asked for an email detailing my usage and they can't even send that out to me.
TERRIBLE COVERAGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
