I have been a loyal vodafone customer for almost 20 years. I bought a phone with vodafone that is still in warranty. The sim card reader stopped working. They tried to give me a virtual sim, which didnt work. Then when sending it to them they quoted me £750 to repair for a phone i can buy brand new for £300. I then questioned the person on the phone and he laughed and ended the phone on me. I pay for 4 phones and will never pay a penny to vodafone again. Stay far away from this company, no loyalty to customers whatsoever. Its clear why they have a 1 star review, go to EE or O2 and stay away from this backstabbing company. I am taking business far away from them.
