What went wrong? Should read what went right!
Quoted for broadband/landline/phone package. Direct debit charges were wrong, Vodafone informed, charges still wrong. (too low) Phoned customer service and told the charges are still wrong and will in fact be HIGHER than originally quoted....so much for contracts. Some shop staff have undergone personality bypass, others don't want to be there. Broadband service is intermittent, best described as slow to abysmal with fantasy speeds of 75mb mentioned.
