We just switched our home broadband from BT to Vodafone. Reason for the switch is price. Vodafone offers cheaper price and the sales person convinced us the quality is better than BT as he showed the bandwidth in our home area. After the switch, the quality has been very bad. We cant work from home, our netflix is buffering all the time. We made complaints to Vodafone and the shop person gave us the booster. To configure it, we cant login to apps and support team cant fix it. We have to wait 3 working days. Not really happy at all with Vodafone..Should have been stick with BT which never gives uscany issue apart from price.
