Worst support ever! my account has been locked for well over a year now and I still can't get into it, which I then used the 24/7 support team on their website and every single support worker said 'this will be fixed THIS TIME i promise you' (still not fixed) I then gave up trying and i'm currently paying for my contract monthly without access to my own account! Terrible company.
ps. I barely get signal anywhere I go...
