Everything has gone wrong. They have zero appreciation for loyalty, I have been with them for 17 years and it has been nothing but torture and I am the mug for staying.
I couldn't possibly explain ALL the things they have done BUT please, please do not go with them. They WILL con you with extra charges and bogus customer service calls.
