Vodaphone should be prosecuted for fraud. Like most of the reviewers I experienced the same multiple transfers from one person to another for hours at a time. Online chat is worse and these call centres are trained to delay, stall, repeat then transfer. At some point the ombudsman better close these crooks down, they are deceptive, deliberate and trained, going through the reviews on many sites , there is a very specific deception of the public.
