Nothing went wright!!
Every one of the advisers I spoke to this week have made made promises they didn't deliver even promising to call me back as immediate;y and reassured me he wouldn't let me down - talked the waffle alright and after 45 mins waiting - I gave up as I often do.... Maybe the advisers are trained – to make promises, constantly reassure customers but never actually bother to do anything.' I am so appalled and frustrated that I cant be bothered to list all the other inefficient, unprofessional mickey taking phone calls.
