Absolutely awful! Started off paying £44 a month for my phone and data etc, bill crept up to £67! After wrongfully charging me for a Dongle with an extra 1GB of data on! For months and months I had to pay this when I NEVER asked for it. Then I had to wait until I was eligible for free cancellation, Finally now I am able to leave vodafone next month I have managed to get back £35 which they owe me. Vodafone thinks £10 'good will' is acceptable for over 2+ years of awful customer service, wrongful charges.
