I terminated a mobile broadband contract on the 10th August My contract was on a monthly basis Yesterday 14th September I got a bill for £71.49 After 1 hour and 15 minutes I eventually was told it was a mistake and I would not be charged During 1 call which was eventually cut of I was told they could not find my account number or the mobile number Today the money was taken from my account I phoned and was eventually told they would put the money back into my account but this would not show until nest Tuesday or Wednesday It is a disgrace that I have to wait that length of time for a mistake by Vodaphone
