Telesales team are a joke, literally took 15 minutes on the phone and speaking to 2 advisors who couldn't hear me due to massive noise in the background (shouting, whistling and all sorts of banter!) to register my details (new customer). It's literally a joke, I could hear people singing (in groups) and both of my advisors seeemed slow and very distracted (clearly due to that) with one lady I spoke to constantly muting her microphone (because she was laughing, I assume?). It is by a mile the poorest customer service I've experienced calling any company in the UK. Being on hold (constantly) and listening to the hold music was by far the nicest part.
