We have a business account and the user went over the data allowance with no alert.
What should have cost £50 in a package ended up being billed as £507.00 which is absolutely ridiculous. They refused to halve the bill for that one handset, so we are now taking our business elsewhere meaning another network provider will benefit from our £5820 annual usage and we have been with them in excess of 10 years. Disappointed!!!!!
