From entering shop at gyle edinburgh, took nearly 3 hours to try renew 3 contracts I have for myself wife&son, turns out it was trainee who dealt with us (yusaf) who eventually got me & wife's contract done (blaming slow /old system) was told son's contract could not be completed that day but not to worry it would be done, hundreds of hours on fone trying to sort problems then £212.50 data charges as data cap not applied despite assurances that it would be again, totally unacceptable service, Hopeless company to deal with.
