Worst customer service ever, no transparency, misleading sales team working in PPI-style scam to get you lured into a deal full of hidden costs, with NO warning and NO prior information.
Billing is not transparent and they cannot provide details on how they calculate usage when asked, EXTORTIONATE CHARGES (£170 for 6gb, in what world is that reasonable), and they won't budge when we try to dispute it.
