What a lot of complaints! What a lot of nonsense. Most of the problems have been caused by the mobile users themselves. I have been with Vodafone for a few years and have had no issues at all!
I have recently upgraded my phone to the latest iPhone x and except for the slight delay in receiving it, everything is fine. Rang 191 to discuss when the changeover to the new contract would happen. The op was most helpful. Check your data use if you find it expensive. Look at your phone settings.
