If you’re an existing customer or about to switch from Vodafone there is a total lack of transparency with their billing and contracts, and an inability to resolve even the simplest of enquiries or disputes on the phone. Going to Vodafone shop is not much better.
I have wasted my many hours of my life trying to get sense from the Vodafone helpline I am now out of contact and so glad to be (nearly) shut of them once and for all..
