Worst phone provider I've ever been with. Always trying to sell you things you don't want. The other day they rang trying to be helpful by offering me a better contract that did have more data but also cost 5 pounds more when I already pay 45 pounds per month, when online I could get a lot more data than they offered for 29.99. Useless customer service. They pay no attention to what you tell them on the phone. This box says "what went wrong?" A better question would be "what went right?"
