What a pathetic customer service. I have now been without my Vodafone landline for 6 days with no word when it will be fixed. The customer service does not exist. Have phoned them numerous times to be palmed off. This is a business line now off for 6 days 2 weeks before Christmas. The phone line is dead- as if we have closed down - and you know what? They cannot even divert the incoming calls to my mobile or set up an answer phone message. Custom user Ice is worse than useless and has cost my company a lot this week and still not fixed!!!
