Vodafone has realy bad customer service skills I have a pay monthly sim only deal I rang Vodafone to explain that I was going away for 16 days to Thailand so I wanted to no how much my charges would be they told me I would be charged £5 a day for calls text and data it was a shock but I needed my phone to contact home so I needed my phone 4 days into my holiday my phone has no service no texts no data I used my hotels internet to contact Vodafone’s 24/7 customer messaging service and after them telling me my bill was unusually high they had stopped my services yes after me contacting them before I went and letting them no I was going away and finding out what I would be charged yes they cut me off no call Or text email nothing just cut my services what a joke ov a company stuff you Vodafone
