Incredibly poor customer service. Having been with Vodafone for about 8 years I was due an upgrade. They didn't have this on record. They said they would change this, and didn't. In the online chat was passed from pillar to post and then told I would have to up my contract amount for a cheap phone. No better talking on the phone - The same phone was available on other mobile providers for half the price. Felt like I was talking to a brick wall. My step-daughter has had a similar experience. We have both now changed network and would recommend anyone else to do the same...
