Vodafone is aware of a scamming company who obtains your number through illegitimate methods and then charges you a subscription. Not only are Vodafone unwilling to refund illegal charges they also allow this company to run their service via Vodafone's platform.
Psa authorities advised me that Vodafone needs to step up and take responsibility for these matters as they are knowingly allowing this to happen. Makes you wonder what's in it for them? Smells like back handers to me!
