Absolutely atrocious that a once great company should now tell bare faced lies to its loyal clients on a daily basis. My daughter has been assured every day since 29th January that the mistake Vodafone made would be resolved 'within 24 hours'. Its obvious that you cannot believe anything you're told by this company! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I really hope some power can intervene and force them to clean up their act.
